As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I am a retired Chief Fire Inspector and Plans Reviewer who dedicated more than 25 years in the field. I served as an active member of the Mississippi Fire Chiefs Association, and as a Certified Special Local Inspector for the State of Mississippi's Department of Insurance Office of the Fire Marshal. As Chief of Inspection, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Building Department in the Plans Review and Permitting processes and was responsible for reviewing and approving site plans, sprinkler plans, and fire protection systems for both new and older constructions.
I led my staff in conducting annual fire inspections on all new and existing commercial buildings for the City of Oxford.
As a forward-thinking public safety professional, I was an International Code Council Certified Fire Inspector-I, NFPA Certified Inspector-II, a Certified Fire Plans Reviewer, a member of the NFPA CFI-II Program, and a of the Mississippi Association of Public Fire Safety Educators.
